Duties required include:

• Build and assemble new wheels
• Repair and restore wheels
• True and drill rims
• Remove and refit tyres on rims
• Balance and align wheels
• Design drill confirgurations
• Problem solve / troubleshoot wheel failure issues
• Design cross patterns for various applications
• Complete MIG & TIG welding
• Lathe and mill machine work
• Send work for powder coating and soda blasting
• Achieve targets and KPI.
• Complete/update wheel building data sheets
• Adhere to policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment
